| 产品概述 |
| YVP系列变频调速三相异步电动机是在全国最新统一设计的Y2系列（IP54）电动机基础上派生的系列电动机，外形结构新颖美观，噪声低、振动小。它具有较宽的调速范围，并且调速平稳无极；具有独立通风散热系统可低速长期运行，与各类变频器具有良好的参数匹配。配合矢量控制具有快速动态响应;低速无转矩脉动，无共振现象；YVP系列（IP54）三相异步电动机从80-315共12个机座号，计23个规格，目前我厂研制生产从80-280共11个机座号19个规格的电动机。按JB/T7118-2004《YVP系列（IP544）变频调速三相异步电动机技术条件》有关规定设计制造。按客户需要还可以提供YVPEJ系列变频调速电磁制动三相异步电动机。 |

| YVP series (IP54)frequency—varied and speed—adjustable three phase asynchronous motor is the latesr unify design in our country,which derive from Y2 series (lP54).They not only looks beaufiful and dignified ,but also low noise,low vibration.They have widr scope regulate speed and it is so steady that has no class.They have independent and well ventilates cooling systerm,and they can run at low speed over a long time.The motors are matched with all transducer,have the fast dynamic responding with vector control,no torque wave at low speed,no resonance,for this series the frame numver is from 80 to 315,totally 12 frame numbers and23 specifivations.At present, our factory produces? motorat the frame number from 8Oto28O, totally 11 frame numbers and 19specifications, This series is made according to the JB/T71 1 8-2004, 《The technical conditions for YVP(lP54) frequency-varied and multi-speed three phase asynchronous motor》. We can also produce YVP2EJ series frequency-varied speed-varied electromagnmetism brake three phase asynchronous. |

| 1.海拔高度不超过100m 2.环境空气温度不超过40℃,不低于-15℃ 3.月平均最高湿度不超过90℅，同时该月月平均最低温度不高于25℃ 4.工作制为连续工作制（S1） 5.采用F级绝缘 6.额定电压为380V 7.额定基频为50Hz,一般为4极 8.通风冷却为IC416（独立风机冷却） |
| Application condition |
| 1. Elevation should not surpass 1000 m. 2. The ambient temperature should not surpass 40°C and not Lower than —15°C. 3. Average maximum relative humidity should not be over 90% for every month.The average temperature in a month shoucl not be over 25°C. 4. Work system is S1 (continuing work system). 5. Insulation degree is Fgrade. 6. Rating voltage is 380V. 7. Rating frequency is 50Hz. 8. Cooling mode is lC416(cooling by independent fan) |
